2. Orders and Contract Formation

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Consequences of non-payment: Orders will not be processed unless fully paid. If additional shipping costs (max. €60 / $75 worldwide) are not covered, the order will not be shipped, and funds will be refunded after deducting transaction fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery time: CZ/SK from 4 business days, rest of the world depending on the carrier
  • Customers can choose between express and economy shipping options
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address
  • Customs duties and taxes for international orders
  • Risk transfer (who is responsible if the package is lost/damaged): All shipments are insured up to the paid amount (additional fees are covered by the buyer). In case of loss, a claims process will be initiated.
  • Guarantee that the system contains no backdoors. If the customer chooses pre-installed applications, the phone will be locked, and the password will be sent separately.

5. Right to Withdraw (Returns & Refunds Policy)

  • Return period: 14 days under EU law
  • Who can return? Only the original buyer, verified through Signal/WhatsApp
  • Condition of returned items: Must be unused, factory reset, and in original packaging
  • Restocking fee: 20% if the phone is used
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer, using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or GLS

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty period: EU 24 months, rest of the world 6 months (limited for modified devices, warranty applies only to hardware)
  • Warranty covers hardware defects only, not misuse or software modifications
  • The battery is a consumable item – replacement is at the buyer’s expense
  • Exclusion of liability for software tampering, security breaches by the user, or illegal use
